Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Advocacy

We help Catholic broadcasters stay compliant and informed about FCC policy and regulation.

CRA Provides:

• Updates on FCC rules and changes

• Alerts on proposed actions affecting Catholic radio, including:

  • Unfair webcasting rates from the U.S. Copyright Royalty Board

  • The proposed FCC gender reporting mandate

• Templates and guidance for required filings:

  • Quarterly Issues & Programs Reports

  • FCC License Renewals

  • Ownership Reports

  • Other FCC applications

• Early notice and assistance with filing deadlines
